Two flights on one day, after nothing for months, departed the circuit to the south west and practised PFL’s I got my instructor to do one, which I filmed so I could watch how it was done later as revision, then I did one myself, which I got my instructor to film, then we came back in and did an overhead rejoin, which my instructor also filmed for me.
