Lesson 28 PPL
20 Jul 2005After the drama of the last flight, this one was somewhat more straightforward. We took off and flew out to the northwest to Roadford Lake where I practiced a steep turn to the left, then the right which were both perfect then did one or two practiced forced landings into fields, followed by another, un-expected one on the way back to Plymouth, all of them went fine, and we rejoined the circuit, did one glide approach and then landed.
Quite a good flight and I managed to get quite a few things ticked off on the list of things I’ve got to do before being able to go and do solo navigation.
